Robina Village Real Estate was founded in the early 90s by Robina Land Corporation to give the residents of Robina and surrounding areas a professional real estate agency service, specialising in the sale of the area’s established houses.
In 1993, the business was purchased by experienced real estate professionals Steve Massey – who had managed the agency for Robina Land Corporation for the past three years – and Marina Ebert. Between them, Steve and Marina brought with them over 30 years industry experience.
As one of their early initiatives, Steve and Marina set about integrating the Jenman System into every aspect of their business. Devised by Sydney-based real estate industry practitioner and trainer, Neil Jenman, the system provides a rigorous, ethical framework giving real estate consumers the safest possible environment in which to buy or sell a home.
In 1998, the agency farewelled its original Robina Shopping Village premises and purchased, developed and built its current, modern building at 211 Penhaligon Way. The Robina Village Real Estate team now comprises 16 talented, customer-focussed real estate professionals.
Robina Village is now led by Jaimie Juriansz, who began with the company in 1991, and who has continued the tradition of committing the team to strive for the finest real estate service based on the philosophy or caring for our clients.
Today, Robina Village Real Estate dominates Robina’s resale house market, achieving more sales than any other agent.
